I offer 1-1 Soul Sessions – a blend of life coaching, emotional healing and counselling. Over 30 minutes, we’ll cut through the noise and dig deep into your heart’s deepest yearnings.

This 30-minute call is ideal for the woman who’s confident in her desires, grounded in her approach but needs additional clarity and guidance. A little push and guidance on what you may not be seeing – thought patterns, emotional blocks and sabotaging actions that are keeping you stuck. You’ll leave with a solid plan on what to do/feel/ think/ embody to call in your deepest desires.

This is a sacred space of healing. A space where no judgement is practised whatsoever. No topic is off-limits and no past is too heavy to heal. I’m here to fully support you in connecting to your highest, most radiant self.

You’ll have the option to record the call and keep it saved.

Any required worksheets and resources are also included.

The session is held over Skype/ Facebook Audio.
